The client had already
decided upon a traditional theme for this bathroom and with the layout taken
care off and bathroom fittings ordered, including a free standing, roll top
bath, all that was required was the furniture for the
washbasins.
The only challenge we faced
was the curved wall where the furniture was to be positioned. The solution was
a design in Oak with turned column detail that enabled the furniture to follow
the gentle curve of the wall and finish with a curved cabinet to the end.
The vanity cabinet houses two washbasins
that are set into a top of Carrara marble and provides ample storage with its
combination of open shelves, drawers and cupboards, not forgeting the mist free
mirror with built in lighting above. |

The second
bathroom, for the same client as above, was to be modern in design.
They wanted a simple cabinet that could
be tiled onto, but with a painted interior and adjustable shelves. |

The client
provided us with a sample of the mosaic tiles so that the cabinet could be
designed around them.
Again the cabinet
was to be positioned against a curved wall, so we designed a simple, open
shelf, curved cabinet with a removable back to conceal, but also provide access
to the pipework for the basins. |
